You might be surprised to hear this, but DevOps Orbit is actually an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, founder of DevOps Orbit. However, power-ups requests such as animations or custom illustrations are provided by partner designers.

Your DevOps tasks will be handled by our automated systems and overseen by our experienced supervisory team to ensure top quality.

We understand you may not have enough DevOps work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two DevOps requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Some common ways clients request DevOps tasks is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or Lucidchart, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

• One-Off Customizations: If you have a highly unique task that demands extensive customization, it may exceed the boundaries of our standardized offerings.

• Enterprise Architecture Design: We excel at streamlining and automating systems, but creating complex, large-scale architectures from scratch is beyond the scope of our DevOps services.

• Detailed Onboarding: While we strive to make our platform as intuitive as possible, in-depth onboarding processes for large teams or complex systems might not fit into our streamlined service model.

• Immediate Crisis Response: For on-the-spot emergency interventions, a traditional consultancy might be your best bet as we work on tasks in a queue model.

• Full Project Management: Our service is designed to tackle specific tasks rather than manage long-term, multi-faceted projects that require ongoing personalized oversight.

• Specialized Tool Integration: We support a broad tech stack, but if you’re using highly specialized tools, we might not be the best fit for you.

• Vendor Coordination: Our focus is on delivering excellent DevOps services, so coordinating directly with third-party vendors isn't part of our standard process.

• Large-scale Custom Coding: While we automate and optimize existing processes, crafting extensive custom code for unique applications is outside our product model.

• Tasks Resistant to Automation: Our strengths lie in automation and efficiency. Tasks that don't lend themselves well to these strengths are typically beyond our scope.
